I was born and grew up in Lagos. I have an ND in Accountancy and a B.Sc. in Economics. I graduated from the university in my early thirties. Not to be daunted by the bleak employment horizon, I started my entrepreneurship project: “Ineffable’s Concepts” because I saw an opportunity to fill a need of students within a university hostel for regular quality consumer goods and food at optimal prices. We started small and the business was growing until we had a major challenge with our business location which has made us to restructure and properly situate our business. I have developed varied experiences in this line of business, especially in putting in place Accounting and Internal Control systems, market survey, purchases, store cleaning, management and organization, stand set up, recruitment, sales relationship management and welfare, marketing and promotional campaigns, agreement drafting, documents design, typing, negotiation, among other areas. I have a good rapport with almost everyone I need to know on the business – from suppliers to market women to customers to other sellers and even drivers. I’ve ran the business successfully at two different locations in the university hostel. The newly registered name is Shops ‘N’ Links, still in the business of selling consumables and sundry goods within hostel-based convenience stores. We are on the verge of relocating our business to a private hostel in Ife-Ife, Osun State, the funds for which is beyond our reach, hence my reason for approaching this platform to bolster our growth efforts.
I relax by dancing, listening to good music, watching football and seeing movies. I like to write down my thoughts and do a little bit of fictional writing.
